    Our beans are grown on Finca 3 Laureles, our family farm in Nicaragua, allowing for intentional farming and careful processing from start to finish. In the northern highlands of Matagalpa temperatures range between 61 - 79°F (16 – 26°C) and the land is shaped by year-round rainfall and rich biodiversity.

    We are committed to maintaining responsible relationships with our local partners and the land - honoring both people and place with every harvest.
